“Back in June our old A/C broke. Called several services, got astronomical quotes for repairs. Tim was the only one who told me upfront that the 25+ Y/O unit is beyond repair and has to be replaced. After a few days and a few hundred $ spend on fixes who lasted a day or only a few hours I called Tim who gave me an estimate that was 3k less than what PSEG offered. In 24 hours I had the financing arranged by Tim and the new unit installed. Today it stopped working, we called him and in less than an hour he came to replace the culprit, my old thermostat AA batteries. Prompt and good service and a true gentleman!”

“Weekend holiday emergency repair handled professionally.
It was a Saturday when A/C stopped working. Called several repair companies and availabilities will be on Tuesday because 4th of July is Monday. I understood the situation because it was weekend and a holiday. Then I called Air Washington and was told they were fully booked for the day. But then, after a few minutes they called back and said that they can squeeze me in and diagnose my system. I was very thankful that Miguel arrived just a few minutes. He found out that the system needed a circuit board replacement and unfortunately they don't have in stock and of course shops are closed. He advised me to use window A/C in the meantime.
Here comes Tuesday and Tim arrived early in the morning. Installed the new circuit board in a few minutes. Checked the system and made sure everthing is working accordingly.
I'm very thankful of their excellent service. Highly recommended team!”
